I received a call this evening from an independent research firm associated with T-Mobile. By the second or third question I was disqualified from taking the survey. Obviously, someone in head office got the memo that their best customer had departed their rolls. Obviously, no one connected the dots that while I am still, technically, a T-Mobile customer, I am a disgruntled and no longer gullible one. Why pay a fluctuating $150+ family plan when you can still have two phones with unlimited everything from their pay-as-you-go company?
