Elder Zack encouraged those in attendance at tonight’s bible study to affirm, I’ve got my mind back! He built a strong case for engaging in the warfare for our minds on scriptures from 2 Corinthians 10, Romans 10:9, John 5:24, Proverbs 18:22 and 1 Corinthians 14:2 & 4.
The enemy deliberately attacks our minds so we lose hope, give up on church attendance and our prayer lives so we don’t reach the destination God has designed for us.
As His elect, we must acknowledge the fact that we are indeed in a battle and then reconcile ourselves to the pressure , pain and pushing that is required as God l eads us to His Purpose for our lives and His glory. T raining will be required to enter the kingdom of heaven, but there is nothing to hard for God.
Our job is to endure and give God the glory. Don’t give up. Don’t listen to the enemy when he says ‘God don’t mind if you miss a service.’ That gives the enemy a toe hold that becomes a stronghold. Remember: The power of death and life are in the tongue. Continue to pray in your heavenly language and watch God work. Know who you are in God and refuse to be a dumpster for the enemy.
Want peace of mind? Invite God in.
