May Day, M’Aider

Tonight’s blog was going to be about an inspiration that came through Pastor’s message at the 8 a.m. service based on the 91st Psalm and Romans 8:28. But the breaking news that entered as people were exiting the First Sunday festivities chez nous preempted that. The execution of Osama Bin Laden is not as simple as that, and I’m not the only one who needs help to understand. All I will say is, timing is everything. So instead of a believer’s blog, I’ll leave this space for doubt and bow my head in observance of a virtual moment of silence for us all. Father, forgive us, for we think we know what we’re doing.
